12.8 MILLION DOLLARS AND STILL NO DNA TEST????????

I really don't know what to say about this issue in New Orleans. But i'm starting to get a little pissed so this column is gonna be very opinionated. Weeks ago the mayor of New Orleans, Ray Nagin went up to Washington to try to get some help. Not only were there bodies that were still displaced months after Hurricane Katrina but the enviornment as a whole needed some serious help. And he knew he needed to go and speak to congress to get help. Now initially it was said by locals that there were a heated debates over money for the dna testing. Between the state and FEMA (federal emergency managment agency) nobody knew where the money would come from. So while people are spread out all over the world displaced per say. Some of there realtives as the water reseeded in New Orleans lie waiting in houses and in the streets. Insome cases their was no way to tell the who the were because their bodies had been eroded. This is why DNA testing needed and still needs to be done. I told you in the last column roughly home much DNA testing cost a body. So now that the money has been given to New Orleans 12.8 excuse me in the last article if I got the quote wrong. So now the state seems to be having problems with finding a way to allocate the money.

Boy I tell you they are really pissing me off I promise you if I went there right now without even having all historical knowledge of THE BIG EASY I would be able to use that money to help people out. I wish I have the means I would take my labtop and bootscoot right on down there coverage on the road type deal you know?

The madness has to stop not only people are displaced but animals too. Families are wondering about there animals, I don't know about ya'll but I have 2 dogs and if they were to get lost, I would wonder and hope that they were safe. It just really hurts I was starting to think that blacks had it the worst in America.

I'm starting to see that the poor have it alot worse because of resources. Not enough to generate more and when it comes not enough wisdom to know how to use it. And they wonder why people were out there looting!!!!!

Go Figure......... Stay tuned as I start to take a deeper look into London and why all these poor kids started to riot. Kinda familiar actually stay tuned..........
